Hello! My name is Samantha. Let me tell you about my lovely family. My mother’s name is Lucy. She is a housewife and she is 40 years old. She is very beautiful. She gets up at 6 o’clock every morning and makes breakfast. She tidies our house and feeds our cat. She cooks well. Everything she makes is delicious. She likes listening to music and watching talk shows on TV, but she doesn’t like washing our cat. She usually invites her friends to our home and she makes delicious cookies for them. She is the best mom. I love her very much. My father’s name is Paul. He is 45 years old and he is always happy. He works at a factory. This factory makes and sells phones. My father likes watching basketball matches on TV but unfortunately he can’t play basketball. He always has a shower at 6:30 and leaves home at 7:30. He takes the bus and arrives at the factory at 8 o’clock. He really likes his job but he doesn’t earn much. He comes back home at 6 o’clock in the evening and plays with me. I love him too. I have a brother and a sister. Their names are Tom and Patty. Tom is 13 years old and he is a high school student. He is very intelligent. He studies a lot. He can speak three languages already – English, French and Italian. Patty is 19 years old and she is a university student. She is also very smart. She studies economy. She never fails her exams. She always meets her friends and rides her motorbike. She always does her homework. She likes eating healthy food but she doesn’t like vegetables. Our cat’s name is Penny. It meows a lot. It sleeps all the time. It likes watching television and eating cream but it hates bathing. It never catches any mice because it is afraid of them. Every morning I get up at 6 o’clock. I wash my face and brush my teeth. I get dressed and have breakfast. I eat a piece of toast and a slice of cheese and I usually drink cocoa or juice but I never have tea. After breakfast I take my schoolbag and say goodbye to my parents. I leave home at 7 o’clock and wait for the school bus for 5 minutes. I get on the school bus at 7:10. I talk with my friends on the bus. I arrive at school at 7:30. School starts at 7:40. I always listen to my teachers carefully and study a lot. I have lunch at 12:10 in the canteen. After school I go back home by bus and I arrive home at 3 o’clock. I change my clothes and go out at 3:30. I go to the playground and play tennis with my friends. I play really well. We eat dinner together at 8 o’clock. After dinner I do my homework and watch films. I usually read a book between 9:30 and 11 o’clock. I rarely study at night. I like painting and knitting. I always go to bed at 11:30. I am usually very tired after a long day.
